How long does shipping take?

The delivery time for LÆY products depends on your chosen shipping option. We offer both free standard delivery and express options for even faster delivery, so your LÆY item will be with you soon.

  • EU member states: Delivery within 6-8 working days.Rest of the world: Delivery within 12-16 working days.

For all those who can hardly wait - delivery on Saturday directly to your home. After dispatch, you can track your parcel online at any time and select the delivery day or a time slot. This means you can receive your exclusive LÆY item conveniently and reliably - without detours or additional delivery stations.

Kann ich zurzeit die Lieferoption 'Abholung im Geschäft' nutzen?

The delivery option ‘Pick up in shop’ is possible at Gewerbestrasse 5, 6330 Cham. You can pick up your product at any time within 10 working days as soon as you have received the confirmation of receipt of the product by e-mail. Contact us in advance to collect your product conveniently and avoid waiting times. If the product is not collected within 10 working days, the order will be returned to our Design Lab Atelier and you will receive a refund. To collect your order from our Swiss location in the canton of Zug, you must present the following on site:

  1. Email confirmation
  2. An official photo ID (identity card, passport or driving licence)
  3. Credit card/payment confirmation

We would like to point out that no VAT refund (tax free) is possible with Click & Collect.

Are there any restrictions with regard to delivery addresses?

Yes, LÆY only delivers to physical addresses - delivery to PO boxes is therefore unfortunately not possible. We also make sure that your parcel arrives safely and reliably in person, which is why we do not offer deliveries to temporary addresses such as hotels or collection points - with the exception of VIP customers.to provide you with the best possible customer service, please enter your full and correct delivery address. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address afterwards.

Will I have to pay additional customs duties?

No, there are no additional customs charges for orders within Switzerland. However, international orders (outside Switzerland) may be subject to import fees and taxes, which vary depending on the country. Please check with your local customs office about possible fees so that you know exactly what to expect.

While our LÆY parcel makes the journey to you free of charge, the return journey is accompanied by a small fee - a tribute to the time and effort this return requires. Because here, too, excellence is in the detail, and every return is treated with the same dedication as the first encounter. In return, we will provide you with a one-off voucher for another order as a thank you, if possible.

Can I add a personal message when I order an item as a gift?

The personal touch makes every gift even more meaningful. However, we do not currently offer a direct option for wrapping a gift package. However, you can let us know in the notes that something can definitely be organised. But don't worry - our elegant packaging and the exclusive design of our products will ensure that your gift makes an impression as soon as it is unwrapped.
If you want to add a personal message, we recommend including it in the notes yourself to make the gift even more personalised. We currently only offer one additional congratulations card with a personal note.

Can I buy a voucher online?

Yes, at LÆY you can conveniently purchase vouchers online. Our vouchers are the perfect choice if you want to give someone an exclusive LÆY experience, but give them the freedom to choose their own favourite piece. The vouchers are available directly on our website and are sent either by email or as a physical card - whichever you prefer.

How do I care for the garments properly?

The Braillæy collection from LÆY is made exclusively from the highest quality materials. We therefore recommend that you store your garments in a cotton garment bag (never in a plastic bag) in a dry and cool place so that you can enjoy them for a long time. If they come into contact with rain or snow, hang them up to dry and clean them gently with a soft cloth to remove any stains.

Our fabrics are made from long-staple organic cotton fibres, which ensure a particularly soft, durable and lint-resistant surface. This means that even after many washes - provided you strictly follow the instructions below - your clothes will remain in good condition and will not warp or discolour, as is the case with many T-shirts.

Basically hand wash, alternatively from left to right at 30 - max. 40° gentle programme:

With every wash cycle, your garments rub against each other and therefore always lose some colour and material. You should therefore always wash your laundry inside out. The high-quality organic cotton garments from LÆY should always be washed by hand. However, it can also be washed at 30 - max. 40°. Use a gentle and short wash programme to protect the fibres. Spin the clothes at low speed, with 1000-1200 revolutions, to minimise creasing.

Do not use a tumble dryer:

It's best to dry your laundry outside on a clothesline or drying rack instead of using a tumble dryer. This way, the laundry can dry in the fresh air without shrinking and there are no additional costs. This works particularly well in summer.
In winter, it is also possible to dry laundry outside in sub-zero temperatures. This is done by freeze-drying, where the extremely dry air outside can absorb the moisture from the laundry.

Iron carefully:

If you want to iron your shirts, make sure you do so at a low temperature. To protect the press studs, place a thin cloth over the affected areas or iron from the inside. This will prevent the design and press studs from being damaged by the direct heat of the iron.
